Apparently people like to share their experiences. Positive ones as well as negative ones. I have noticed that suggestions that I hear from others might influence my state of health even if I do not believe them. I wrote a short article on the subject: Aspartame Scare. A friend of mine read some articles about artificial light and why it is bad for you. I really hope his negative suggestions will not have any effect on me this time. |
