Decided to start a "get rid of migraine" project. I will follow all diet, exercise, sleep recommendations for 1 year, starting July 1st. Will keep diary as well.

Sumatripan was recommended for migraine headache. It really helped. But it has some bad side effects that I experienced: fast and slow heartbeat, sweating, high blood pressure, headache.
Now I will use it very carefully.

There is an acupuncture pressure point, called Li4, that might help with migraine headaches.

Press it for 30 seconds 10 times a day.
Another very helpful point called P6.

It helps with anxiety, depression, memory loss.

I think that bread and other wheat products were causing my migraines. I feel much better now when I excluded those from my diet.
I also researched online and found many statements that gluten causes migraines.

Another thing that I discovered: the Sun gives me headaches. It looks like I am allergic to sunlight . It gives me nasal congestion, headache, and a lymph node reacts as well. I am not 100% sure yet, but that happen only when I play tennis on sunny days.
