1. Drink enough water.
2. Do not overexercise, especially when the weather is hot.
3. Consume enough sodium and potassium containing foods.
4. Do not eliminate carbohydrates from your diet. Consume carbohydrate during exercise if it lasts longer than 45-60 minutes.
