I alternate two projects "Woodland Winter" by Dimensions and "Pink Dreams" by Alisa. The thread shades of these projects are different. When I tired of blue and grey colors I put deer aside and work with bright pink colors of the roses.

I hope to finish the roses soon. Here how they will look finished:

Now I have to finish background for the roses. I used 16ct Aida instead of 14 ct. And I want to fit the piece into a 11" by 14" frame. It means I will stitch additional rows of background.

The deer are almost finished. Some backstitch is not done yet.

It is raining here all day and it makes it easy to concentrate on embroidery )

I have started a new project with tigers. It looks like tigers are my favorite subjects to stitch. The design is to be stitched with Madeira threads. I had a hard time finding this type of threads. If you know where to buy them online please let me know.

I love stitching cats, big or small! I love cats! They are so gracious!
